EPER does not warrant the condition, quality or suitability for current or future use of any equipment offered for sale.

The party notifying EPER of potential equipment for sale, confers on EPER confirmation that the legal owner of the equipment has agreed to the advertising and possible future sale of the equipment.

All equipment advertised is available on an "as is, where is" basis.

The equipment is available to be purchased in the condition as advertised, in the location as advertised. EPER is not responsible for any change in the condition of the equipment once it is advertised and the purchasing party should rely upon their own enquiries.

EPER is not responsible for any removal or transportation costs.

At all material times, EPER is acting as an agent between the present owner of the advertised equipment and the potential purchaser of the equipment.

EPER is an introducer between these parties.

EPER is not a party to any contract or agreement negotiated between any parties availing themselves of the introduction.

EPER reserves the right to decline to advertise any equipment and may remove any advertisement from display at any time and for any reason. This action is at the sole discretion of EPER.

Fees due to the party originating any advertisement will only be due for payment after EPER has been paid the agreed fee by the purchasing party.
