If you agree to purchase or otherwise procure this plant, you agree to pay a fee to Jaco Services Pty Ltd in the amount of $500.00 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is the highest.

You agree not to disclose the identity of the seller or the location of the plant to any third party.
